Financial and Insurance
We are contracted with the largest and most respected primary Insurance companies, please contact our office to inquire if we are currently contracted with your carrier. Even if we are not contracted with your insurance if you have a PPO plan we can still bill your insurance for payment. We will assist you with any questions or issues you may have to insure you receive the reimbursement you are due. As with any Insurance the patient is responsible for all charges incurred, regardless of what the insurance company or other third party agrees to pay.
Below is a summary of the different ways you may take care of your financial responsibilities in our office:
Payment is due at time of service unless a prior financial agreement has been made. We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover cards as well as personal checks and cash.
In treatments involving the dental laboratory, we require one-half of the fee at the beginning of the procedure.
Interest Free Financing:
CareCredit – Offers low monthly payments that fit within your budget upon approval. Six, Twelve, and Eighteen Month Interest Free options available. (extended fixed-rate payment plans also available)
We follow standard credit practices, as do most small businesses. We do not discriminate in any way with the exception that one’s past credit history is used in determining how this credit will be extended.
